Vintage Joan Berg Victor 1983 Aldon Porcelain Dragon Bell.  Ships USPS Priority Mail.  BR3.  Overall very good condition.  No chips, cracks, or any damage to the bell.  A few dirt marks on the inside.  Great piece!
