Vintage Antique Test Equiptment in wood box

Description

Here is an antique test gear in a wood box.
The unit is in excellent display condition, leather strap is good, hinges all work as well as the latch.
It measures 10x7.5x9.5”. It is unclear to me who the manufacturer is and
I did not test it for functionality. Please take a look at the pictures for more clarification.
