Vintage 1975 Dragon Ceramic Ashtray Brown Spotted Glaze

Up for sale is this vintage ashtray featuring a regal dragon with wings out-stretched.
This ceramic piece was likely made by a hobbyist.
It is signed on the bottom with, what appears to be, the name “Deloris [illegible] 1975”.
This piece measures 7.25” high by 15” long and 10” wide.
It is in very good used condition; no cracks but two small chips on spine tips at the back of his neck.
