    Description

    This is a set of four matching antique or vintage Art Deco STANLEY red painted, brass plated iron door hinges.
    Based on their design, I would estimate they date circa 1930s or 1940s.
    The rectangular side of each measures 4 inches x 2 1/4 inches (10.1 cm x 5.7 cm). The curved decorative side measures 4 inches x 3 1/4 inches (10.1 cm x 8.2 cm). The rods measure 5 1/2 inches from top to bottom (14 cm).
    The hinges are made of iron and are brass plated. I am fairly certain this is their original red paint. Much of this has worn or chipped off. Pieces are still flaking off, though most of it is holding. They each have remnants of old white and green paint, which I believe was from the doors.
    Three of them are marked on the rectangular piece and at least three of them are marked on the curved piece, though on the fourth it is covered in paint:

    One of the three rectangular piece markings is mostly covered in paint. I don’t know why the other one is not marked, as it is identical to the others.
