Did your Aeron chair arm break off? This kit features an aftermarket hex head cap screw (bolt), a custom manufactured rectangular washer and a self-locking nut. Buyers also get one required tool, a multi-use installation aid and instructions that are so well written that installation success is guaranteed. My aftermarket bolts are the only ones that eliminate the tool interface "hole" in the head.
