This figure is brand new, factory sealed, never been out of the box or clamshell.  Figure pulled from a factory master case. Note: there is some compression at the top two corners of the clamshell packaging (See photo.) The figure itself is fine. Photos are of the item you will receive.  Photo of dragon itself is a stock photo.
