What if my order arrives damaged?
If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail Alberoni( US ). If your order is to be delivered by a Freight Company or UPS, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery Bill of Lading. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
Returns
Machines must be in same condition and packaging as shipped. Shipping charges can not be credited and buyer pays for all return shipping with insurance. On free shipping items there will be a deduction of shipping fees before any money is refund-ed . Machines must be inspected by Alberoni Sewing Machine and have to be in same condition as when shipped to you. There will be a 15% restocking charge if returned. Buyer must get an RA # from Alberoni Sewing Machine before any returns will be accepted. Thank You
