    Description

    CCC Snapshot Photo
Original late 1930s small [3 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches] snapshot-type photo of CCC members and their official car, features an older gentleman in CCC-specific visor cap with badge and short mackinaw-style coat, a younger man in standard OD wool CCC uniform and a darker color coat with rank chevrons, both sitting on the front bumper of a car with CCC license plate. Both men are identified on back as a CCC Chaplain and his driver, respectively, and photo was taken at the CCC Camp in Purcell, Oklahoma.
The camp mentioned was Camp SCS-17 [Soil Conservation Service project] and was located a mile east of Purcell, in south central Oklahoma. No tears or other damage. Nice photo study for any collector of CCC uniforms or for any Oklahoma CCC historian and is in excellent condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
