1941 Official Copy of Military Letter From Headquarters Orders For Active Duty

I have owned and operated an Antique Store for over 20 years.  I have been to many sales and auctions, and this is one of the the many treasures I have gathered over the last 2 decades.
The first picture is the front of letter, and the second picture is the back of the letter.  The second picture shows the true color to the letter the best.
This letter is stamped on the back Original Copy.  You will receive this exact letter, not a copy or print of this letter.   It is from Headquarters First Military Area, San Francisco, July 18, 1941.  It is written by the direction of the President and on the bottom of the back are three type written names.
By Command of Major General Peek:

A.H. Rogers,
Lieut. Colonel Infantry,
Adjutant
It appears to be a written order for the following named members of the Enlisted Reserve Corps to report for active duty to Fort MacCarthur, California, August 5,1941. It then goes on to list the all the specific names.
Size is 8 by 10 1/2 inches
