Q: How to replace the old gas lift cylinder?
A: Remove the old gas lift cylinder from the chair(you may need a hammer), then Remove the cap of the new cylinder. Insert it into the base and place the seat onto the cylinder, at least sit on the chair and the parts will fasten on their own.(We suggest you search for "gas lift replacement" on youtube for instructions).
